Chapter 35 Reading Response

Personal Reaction: There wasn't anything I read in this chapter that came as a surprise to me. I do have to agree however that bringing all your research together and beginning the drafting process is probably the most difficult step when writing an argument paper or anything else. One piece of information that was somewhat new to me is the thesis and answer method simply because I've never heard those methods be referred to like that which I found kind of interesting. I also enjoy how in the very beginning of the chapter the book lists reasons as to why writing a research paper is important because through the entire process it's good to keep those reasons in mind and to remember what you're doing has a purpose.

Professional Reaction: In all honesty I think the entire chapter contains useful information, despite how good one can write you'd be surprised what new things you can learn about a topic one is already very knowledgeable of. More importantly though this chapter would be useful for anyone who struggles when it comes to writing research papers because there are a lot of helpful tips to ease one through the process from beginning to end. Also through these tips it'll help people to figure what does and doesn't work for them when it comes to writing, and one can start to develop their own method of writing.
