1. Topic:
My topic is concerning Facebook. The classic argument of "Is Facebook good or bad for you?" I plan on researching and expanding my knowledge of the pro's and con's of having a Facebook account. I want to look into and also interview Facebook user's to see what they had to say about Facebook and how it effects their personal lives on a daily basis(or if it doesn't). Like every controversial topic, I what to know the benefits of having an account and how it has help the users in their relationships, career, and networking. On the other hand, I want to know why some user's hate it and have detoured away from it throughout time.

(Topic) Does Facebook positively or negatively effect your personal life?
(Slant) I believe that Facebook has a positive effect on personal lives because of the idea of always staying connected to family and friends. With your career you can network and build relationships through communication. With networking you can promote your projects, ideas, artwork, photography, etc. and have the ability to share it with millions of people.
(Thesis) The negative and positive effects of Facebook regarding Personal life such as relationships, career, and networking.
